Laurie has
over eighteen years of experience in business development and
consulting. He holds the professional designation of Certified
Management Consultant. He has assisted both non-profit and private
organizations achieve a variety of strategic goals. Laurie is
a graduate of the Professional Human Resources Management Program
at the University of New Brunswick. Before founding Kensington
Associates, he was Managing Partner with the Business Development
Bank of Canada's consulting group.
As
an experienced bilingual consultant having worked with Human Resources
challenges in a wide variety of organizations from contact centers
to major manufacturing sites, Laurie is well versed in the design
and implementation of sustainable Human Resource development programs
and is often called upon to deliver the key note address on issues
from Human Resource Management to Sustainable Business Development.
Mitch
Verrier, P. Eng,
Mitch
has close to a decade of managerial experience with technology
and manufacturing companies in the Maritimes. He is a member of
the APEGNB (New Brunswick's professional engineering association)
and has managed growth strategies to increase productivity at
several companies. He is the author of a mechanical design/detailing
standard for traditional base station equipment.
Mitch
is recognized for is ability to work well with his teamates by
demonstrating his excellent work ethic. He will review all aspects
of an organizations to gain a full understanding of the issues
before presenting the correct solutions.
He
has expertise in the following:
- process improvement
- measurement systems
- operation and engineering planning
Nicole
LeBlanc
Nicole
LeBlanc is a successful entrepreneur with 13 years of experience
in bookkeeping and financial services. As a Simply Accounting
Premier Advisor, Nicole develops the booking structures and processes
for new companies. Her advanced knowledge of financial practices
allows her to provide excellent counsel to existing companies.
With
Kensington Associates, Nicole specializes in financial projections,
cash flow management and in developing and implementing systems
using a combination of finance management services and training.
Fluently
bilingual, Nicole has the ability to quickly develop strong relationships
that are valued by clients.
Kevin
Brown,
P. Eng, MBA - Partner
Kevin
is a professional engineer with more than 15 years of progressive
management experience in advanced manufacturing. He holds a Masters
degree in Business Administration and is certified as a Quality
Technician through the American Society for Quality.
Kevin
provides hands on business guidance to clients through a unique
understanding of operations and financial management. As a founder
of Kensington Associates, Kevin has assisted individual clients,
facilitated professional development programs and collaborated
on strategic economic advancement project.
